What you'll do
- Ensure smooth shift operations through customer-focused service
- Deliver service in line with company standards
- Conduct on-the-job training according to departmental standards and procedures
- Apply company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints
Key requirements
- Food and Beverage service experience
- Fluent Greek and English language skills
- Food and Beverage technology familiarity
- Upselling and customer-focused service
- Guest complaint handling and Health and Safety procedures
- Cultural awareness and dietary restriction awareness
