What you'll do
- Deliver service according to fine dining standards
- Apply suggestive selling and upselling techniques suited to guests
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally
- Maintain excellent hygiene across all work areas
- Monitor established service procedures
- Maintain supplies at par stock levels
- Process POS and payment procedures
- Provide a friendly, professional guest experience according to LHW standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Fine dining service standards; Customer service; Restaurant, bar and wine terminology
- POS systems; Payment processing
- Suggestive selling and upselling; Complaint handling
- Hygiene and safety procedures; Service procedure monitoring
- Inventory and par stock management; Working in a busy environment
- Greek language; English language; Problem-solving; Organizational skills
- Hospitality Management / Any Fieldpreferred
