Due to continued growth of operations, we are seeking to recruit Experienced Financial Risk professionals with proven experience in BCBS 239 (Basel Committee on Banking Supervision) and Principles for effective Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR) validation and audit. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating and improving the design, implementation, and effectiveness of risk data aggregation frameworks in line with regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits and validations focused on compliance with BCBS 239 / RDARR principles.
Evaluate data governance, infrastructure, reporting processes, and controls.
Assess adequacy of risk data aggregation capabilities and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with Risk, IT, and data governance teams to review and test controls.
Prepare and present audit findings, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Monitor remediation efforts and track progress toward regulatory compliance milestones.
Stay current on regulatory developments and emerging best practices in risk data management.
Candidate Profile
Strong academic background (BSc and MSc) in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of experience in financial risk management, internal audit, or compliance in banking or financial services environment.
Strong expertise in BCBS 239/RDARR principles and their practical implementation.
Proven experience in auditing risk data aggregation and reporting frameworks.
Familiarity with data architecture, governance, and regulatory reporting systems.
Knowledge of data lineage, metadata, and control testing in large data environments, as well as prior exposure to systems like SAP, Oracle, or risk data platforms will be considered an asset.
Analytical, with problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box.
Ability to prioritize various work deliverables with focus on quality and attention to detail, and to contribute to team’s work while meeting projects’ deadlines.
Strong team-player who can easily collaborate within the team and a wide range of different stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
CFA, FRM, CIA, CISA, or other professional qualifications will be considered an asset.
