We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP IT Auditor with strong experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD), access management, and SAP security auditing. In this role, you will perform audits, identify access risks, assess SoD conflicts, and ensure that SAP user access aligns with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead audits focused on SAP user access, SoD conflicts, and role-based security.
Analyze access rights and permissions across SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, S/4HANA).
Identify SoD violations, critical access risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Review SAP GRC configurations (if applicable) and recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with system owners, IT security, and compliance teams to validate and remediate risks.
Evaluate change management, system development, and IT general controls (ITGCs).
Monitor access control remediation and ensure continuous improvement in SAP security posture.
Document audit findings in a structured, clear, and concise manner.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
3–5+ years of IT audit experience, with a strong focus on SAP security and access controls.
Hands-on experience with SoD conflict analysis, SAP role design, and user provisioning.
Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control, or similar access governance tools.
Strong knowledge of ITGCs, risk management frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), and compliance regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, SAP Security/GRC certification.
Experience working with SAP audit tools and SoD analyzers.
Familiarity with SAP cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, pharma, public sector).
