low code & automation engineer

We’re seeking a Low Code & Automation Engineer to join our Data Driven Transformation team and help clients automate business processes, build scalable apps and transform data using low-code platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about combining technical skills with business insight and who enjoys building modern, user-friendly solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.

As a Low Code & Automation Engineer, you will design, implement and support digital solutions leveraging Low Code Platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform, and other automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Working with business stakeholders to identify low-code solutions to meet business needs.

• Designing low-code solutions including data models, user interfaces (mockups) and data integrations with other systems (data pipelines).

• Designing and building scalable and user-centric apps for business needs.

• Automating business processes using data flows or any other tool and integrating with multiple data sources (SQL, SharePoint, APIs, Dataverse, etc.).

• Writing optimized SQL queries to support app logic, automation flows, and custom data solutions.

• Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implementing governance, security, and best practices across system environments.

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members in low-code development.

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling, low-code development or business process automation

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Proficiency in SQL, including writing stored procedures and working with relational data models.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and integration approaches.

• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) is a plus.

• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to bridge business and technology.
