About the job

Our client, a leading company active in the Oil & Gas and Energy sector, is seeking a skilled HR Analytics & Systems Specialist with a focus on rewards. to join their HR Department. The role aims to support the development and optimization of HR systems and reward strategies across the Group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis of HR data related to compensation, benefits, headcount, and workforce trends using Excel and BI tools.
  • Assist in market benchmarking and compensation survey participation to support pay structure decisions and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
  • Help prepare HR reports and dashboards for management, identifying trends and insights that support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Contribute to the administration and tracking of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, pension schemes, bonus programs).
  • Support the annual compensation cycle (e.g., salary review, bonus calculations), ensuring data readiness and process coordination.
  • Assist with the documentation and maintenance of job evaluation and grading frameworks.
  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives, including automation, reporting optimization, and digital transformation projects.

Candidate Profile


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems, or compensation & benefits functions (internship or graduate program experience will be considered).
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong asset.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle sensitive HR data confidentially.
