Due to continued and rapid growth of operations, we are seeking for talented professionals for the positions of Associates/ Senior Associates within our Deal Advisory practice for our Transaction Services team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in challenging projects as part of a cross-functional team and execute day to day activities efficiently.

• Actively involved in market leading and high-profile engagements from initial planning to closing.

• Prepare demanding and complex deliverables.

• Work alongside with multi-disciplinary team members on an effective and timely manner.

• Cooperate with various departments and participate in several projects where data analysis and/or reporting is required.

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background (BSc and MSc) in Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.

• ACCA/ACA qualification or comparable equivalent would be considered as a plus.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence field of a professional services.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel/ PowerPoint and other data analysis.

• Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude and ability to develop innovative ideas.

• Excellent business writing/oral communication and presentation skills, both in Greek and English.

• Strong research and data analytics capabilities.

• Pay attention to detail and accuracy.

• Professionalism, enthusiasm, career orientation, ability to work in teams.

• Flexibility, willingness to learn, commitment to deliver high results.
