What you'll do
- Create bills of materials from project drawings and specifications for structured copper cabling and fiber optics
- Support internal departments and external customers
- Check material stock levels at suppliers, warehouses, and stores for customer orders
- Keep project stakeholders updated on delivery plans
- Coordinate project tasks and manage project documentation
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Key requirements
- Structured copper cabling systems, fiber optics, and distribution networks
- Voice and data networking; wireless and wired multimedia distribution systems
- Information systems and MS Office
- English language
- Bill of materials creation and project documentation management
- Stakeholder communication, inventory and stock checking, and project coordination
