What you'll do
- Lead Industrial Quality activities at the workshop level including processes, KPIs, and team coordination
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance before delivery
- Stop production in case of critical defects and lead resolution actions
- Perform inspections and participate in customer joint inspections

- Develop and improve Quality Control Plans based on lessons learned

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our maintenance and service operations meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (manufacturing, supply chain, and supplier quality), lead quality activities at the workshop level, and perform inspections to ensure compliance with our Zero Defect ambition.
You’ll specifically take care of monitoring product quality before delivery and managing non-conformities, but also driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience in quality, manufacturing, or maintenance environments

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in railway or heavy industry (desired)
Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools (desired)
