Η ΚΑΥΚΑΣ αναζητά φοιτητές/φοιτήτριες για 6μηνη πρακτική άσκηση στο Τμήμα Αγορών του Λογιστηρίου, με έδρα τα Κεντρικά Γραφεία της εταιρείας στην Παιανία.
Η πρακτική άσκηση απευθύνεται σε άτομα που θέλουν να αποκτήσουν πρακτική εμπειρία σε λογιστικές και διοικητικές διαδικασίες, μέσα σε ένα οργανωμένο εταιρικό περιβάλλον.
Το άτομο που θα ενταχθεί στην ομάδα θα υποστηρίζει καθημερινές εργασίες που σχετίζονται με την καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση παραστατικών αγορών προϊόντων που πραγματοποιούνται από την εταιρεία. Μέσα από την πρακτική άσκηση, θα έχει την ευκαιρία να εξοικειωθεί με βασικές διαδικασίες λογιστηρίου, έλεγχο παραστατικών, καταχώρηση δεδομένων και συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Υποστήριξη στην καταχώρηση παραστατικών αγορών προϊόντων
Έλεγχος και διασταύρωση στοιχείων παραστατικών
Καταχώρηση, επικαιροποίηση και παρακολούθηση δεδομένων σε αρχεία και συστήματα
Υποστήριξη στην τακτοποίηση εκκρεμοτήτων που σχετίζονται με παραστατικά αγορών
Επικοινωνία με εσωτερικές ομάδες για διευκρινίσεις και συγκέντρωση απαραίτητων πληροφοριών
Αρχειοθέτηση παραστατικών και τήρηση σχετικών αρχείων
Συμμετοχή σε καθημερινές υποστηρικτικές εργασίες του Λογιστηρίου
