- Enter and monitor expense reports
- Support the store network in accounting matters
- Monitor branch cashiers and related reconciliations
- Communicate with branches about pending issues and clarifications
- File documents and maintain accounting records
- Participate in monthly reconciliations and support accounting tasks
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Accounting skills and understanding
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Accounting / Economics / Related Fieldpreferred

Αναζητούμε Junior Accountant για την ομάδα Λογιστηρίου στα Κεντρικά Γραφεία μας στην Παιανία.
Μέσα από τον ρόλο, θα συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή λογιστική υποστήριξη ενός μεγάλου δικτύου καταστημάτων, αποκτώντας πρακτική εμπειρία σε διαδικασίες, συμφωνίες και λογιστικές εργασίες σε ένα οργανωμένο και σύγχρονο περιβάλλον.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
• Καταχώρηση δαπανών και έλεγχος παραστατικών
• Καταχώρηση και παρακολούθηση εξοδολογίων
• Υποστήριξη του δικτύου καταστημάτων σε λογιστικά θέματα
• Παρακολούθηση ταμείων υποκαταστημάτων και σχετικών συμφωνιών
• Επικοινωνία με τα υποκαταστήματα για εκκρεμότητες και διευκρινίσεις
• Αρχειοθέτηση παραστατικών και τήρηση λογιστικών αρχείων
• Συμμετοχή σε μηνιαίες συμφωνίες και υποστηρικτικές λογιστικές εργασίες
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
• 0–2 έτη εμπειρίας σε λογιστήριο ή σχετική πρακτική άσκηση
• Εξοικείωση με το Microsoft Office, με έμφαση στο Excel
• Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
• Επιθυμητή γνώση SAP ή άλλου ERP συστήματος
