What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on trackers, mounting structures, and mechanical infrastructure
- Respond to alarms, investigate faults, and coordinate corrective actions with Control Room and Electrical Site Engineers
- Coordinate site services, subcontractors, and OEM service teams to deliver safe, timely, quality work
- Support permitted electrical activities under an authorized Electrical Engineer, excluding switching, isolation, and testing
- Support spare-parts and warranty claims, and maintain work orders, maintenance records, inspection results, and technical documents
- Ensure HSE, permit-to-work, and LOTO compliance; participate in on-call and emergency response across the PV cluster
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Mechanical maintenance, PV plant operation and maintenance, and Troubleshooting
- Technical drawing interpretation and Inverter and tracker technologies
- HSE compliance, Permit to work, and Lockout/tagout (LOTO)
- Root-cause analysis and Plant performance analysis
- MV/HV substations, Grid connection and protection systems, and MV switching operations
- MS Office and Maintenance management systems
- Mechanical Engineering
