What you'll do
- Provide operational support to Bankers and the integrated team
- Manage account opening and onboarding process with onboarding officer
- Update account documentation and manage client Periodic Review process
- Support business and banker projects including subscription and content management
- Assist with team projects and administrative tasks such as weekly reports and pipeline reporting
- Resolve client queries and handle standard reporting
Key requirements
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise
- Client communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality in handling private banking client information
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving and judgment capabilities
- Teamwork and ability to work independently
