What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer service throughout your section
- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries to achieve the best possible outcome
- Supervise staff and maintain sales-floor standards
- Ensure sales staff presentation follows company guidelines
- Monitor service levels to maximise store sales
- Use in-store devices to offer customers the full product range
- Use reports to support product placement of key selling lines
- Apply visual techniques to attract, engage and motivate customers
- Keep stock clean and presentable
- Support new-starter induction and training
- Support existing staff development and completion of relevant E-Assessments
Key requirements
- Retail supervision and customer service
- Sales target management and KPI monitoring
- Staff training and development
- Visual merchandising, product placement and stock presentation
- Time management, computer skills and English language
- Verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, complaint resolution, and numerical and analytical skills
