What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Ensure customers receive excellent service at every visit
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets
- Suggest alternatives and add-on sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards on the shop floor and displays
- Keep stock clean and presentable
- Replenish stock levels and ensure full-size range availability
- Deputise for other staff and perform duties as required
- Represent the company professionally at all times
