What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer service to help customers select jewelry that suits their personality
- Sell products using knowledge of their technical and stylistic features
- Participate in sales activities using all available online and offline channels
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
- Maintain consistently high customer service levels
- Collect feedback from customers through quality surveys
- Handle customer service issues professionally, including complaints and returns
- Stay informed about daily priorities, sales targets, and company updates
- Organize and maintain cleanliness and order in the store and back office
- Check, organize, and display incoming products
- Participate in stock control and internal inventory
- Engage in visual merchandising activities to decorate and present the store
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, team, and customer information
- Support company sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and waste
- Collaborate with the Store Manager for ongoing training and updates

- Sales and customer service skills
- Product knowledge of jewelry
- MS Office proficiency

- The company offers a competitive compensation package with a monthly salary of €880 for 30 hours of work, team bonus up to 20%, 50% discount on products, an extra day off for birthdays, private health coverage, and annual gifts.
