What you'll do
- Execute quality controls including visual, microbiological, and physicochemical tests and prepare laboratory media
- Perform production stages and final product checks according to schedule
- Conduct full microbiological analysis of finished products and intermediate stages
- Perform physicochemical analysis of finished products and intermediate stages every two hours
- Carry out hourly control checks of every production stage
- Support certification audits
- Conduct quality control of raw materials in collaboration with the Warehouse department
- Calibrate laboratory equipment
- Inspect facilities in the absence of the Quality Manager
Key requirements
- Degree in Chemistry or Food Technology
- Knowledge of ISO system
- Execution of quality controls involving visual, microbiological, and physicochemical methods
- Microbiological and physicochemical product analysis
- Hourly control of production stages
- Calibration of laboratory equipment
- Support during certification audits
- Quality control of raw materials
- Ability to work in shifts
- Excellent English Language Skills
- Chemistry / Food Technology

Η θέση έχει ως βάση εργασίας τη Βατσουνιά Καρδίτσας.
Αρμοδιότητες:
Εκτέλεση ποιοτικών ελέγχων (οπτικών – μικροβιολογικών – φυσικοχημικών, δημιουργία υποστρωμάτων εργαστηρίου)
Εκτέλεση σταδίων παραγωγής και τελικού προϊόντος, σύμφωνα με σχετικό πρόγραμμα
Πλήρης μικροβιολογική ανάλυση έτοιμου προϊόντος και ενδιάμεσων σταδίων
Φυσικοχημική ανάλυση έτοιμου προϊόντος και ενδιάμεσων σταδίων ανά 2 ώρες
Ωριαίος έλεγχος κάθε σταδίου παραγωγικής διαδικασίας.
Υποστήριξη κατά τον έλεγχο πιστοποιήσεων
Ποιοτικός Έλεγχος Α’ Υλών, σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα της Αποθήκης
Βαθμονόμηση εξοπλισμού εργαστηρίου
Επιθεώρηση Εγκαταστάσεων, σε περίπτωση απουσίας του ΥΔΠ
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο Χημικού/Τεχνολόγου Τροφίμων
Επιθυμητή η γνώση συστήματος ISO.
