What you'll do
- Act as primary contact and strategic partner for Hospitality & Travel clients, building long-term relationships
- Own overall strategic direction of accounts aligning with client business goals and digital marketing
- Translate client goals into actionable digital strategies using performance marketing knowledge
- Collaborate with performance marketing, data, creative, and tech teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead client communications ensuring clarity and quality throughout engagement
- Manage day-to-day account operations ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges in dynamic markets
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews with senior stakeholders
- Support new business efforts including pitches and proposals
Key requirements
- Account Management, Client Services, and Business Development in Digital Advertising and Performance Marketing
- Deep understanding of Performance Marketing channels and digital ecosystem in Hospitality, Travel or HoReCa
- Data Analysis skills to translate data into business insights and strategic recommendations
- Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills for engaging with senior clients
- Presentation Skills and Fluency in English
- Collaboration, Problem-Solving, Proactivity, Adaptability, and Client Services mindset
- Marketing / Business Administration
