Intellectica is recruiting a Senior Account Manager on behalf of its client, a multi-awarded, fast-growing, technology-first growth agency, specializing in performance marketing and digital transformation. With a team of 180+ experts across performance marketing, data, technology, and creative, the company partners with leading brands to deliver measurable, data-driven growth across international markets. Based in Athens, Greece and reporting directly to the Account Management Operation Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping client strategy, driving account growth, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Acting as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of clients within the Hospitality & Travel sector, building long-term, trust-based relationships
Owning the overall strategic direction of accounts, ensuring alignment between client business objectives and digital marketing initiatives
Translating client goals into clear, actionable digital strategies, leveraging a strong understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (performance marketing, data, creative, tech) to design and implement integrated solutions
Leading all client communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high-quality delivery across all stages of the engagement
Overseeing the day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring timely execution, high standards, and client satisfaction
Monitoring and interpreting campaign performance, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Anticipating client needs and proactively address challenges, particularly in fast-changing environments such as tourism and seasonality-driven markets
Identifying and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Facilitating client meetings, presentations, and strategic reviews, effectively communicating with senior stakeholders (e.g., CMOs, business owners)
Supporting new business initiatives, contributing to pitches and proposal development for prospective clients
Any other task that may be required from time-to-time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Business Development within Digital Advertising or Performance Marketing
Deep understanding of Performance Marketing channels (e.g., paid media, analytics, digital strategy), the full digital ecosystem, and how it applies to Hospitality, Travel, or HoReCa sectors
Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations
Experience working with senior stakeholders (e.g., CMOs, decision-makers)
Fluency in both Greek and English
