What you'll do
- Manage client accounts as primary contact for accounting and tax matters
- Review journal entries and prepare financial statements ensuring compliance with Greek GAAP
- Prepare monthly and annual tax returns including VAT and income tax
- Conduct client meetings to discuss performance and provide advice
- Use accounting software to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver financial solutions
- Perform additional tasks as required
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Greek GAAP and tax processing
- Financial statement preparation and journal entries review
- Tax returns preparation including VAT and income tax
- Accounting software proficiency and MS Office Suite
- Fluent Greek and English with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
