What you'll do
- Manage the full accounting cycle in SoftOne including journal entries and document filing
- Handle accounts payable and receivable including invoicing, expense documentation, and payment processing
- Reconcile bank, customer, supplier, and balance-sheet accounts for accuracy
- Ensure accurate income and expense reporting in line with myDATA requirements
- Run monthly payroll for employees and external associates including ERGANI submissions
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and other mandatory reports
- Support month-end and year-end closings and cooperate with auditors on annual accounts
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial reports and recommendations
- Organize the accounting function and collaborate with external accounting office to resolve issues
- Communicate with clients and suppliers during daily financial operations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Tax regulations including VAT, withholding taxes, and tax declaration preparation
- Payroll processing and ERGANI submissions
- SoftOne ERP software and Microsoft Excel skills
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Cash-flow monitoring and bank and balance-sheet reconciliation
- myDATA reporting
- Communication skills and legal and tax issue resolution
- International accounting transactions
- Accounting / Finance / Related field
