What you'll do
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults promptly to reduce downtime
- Support the lead technician and maintenance team in complex repairs and upgrades
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to resolve operational issues during production
- Monitor equipment performance continuously and identify deviations early
- Participate in SIC meetings reporting equipment status and priorities
- Maintain and update maintenance records in CMMS
- Report recurring problems and suggest technical improvements
- Strictly follow safety procedures and use of PPE
- Engage in continuous improvement activities and technical training
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with maintenance software and OEE software
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office applications
- Skills in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Capability to work shift work
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / related technical field

Αρμοδιότητες
Εκτέλεση προγραμματισμένης προληπτικής συντήρησης σε μηχανολογικό και ηλεκτρολογικό εξοπλισμό.
Άμεση διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση μηχανικών και ηλεκτρικών βλαβών με στόχο τη μείωση του downtime.
Υποστήριξη του επικεφαλής τεχνικού και της ομάδας συντήρησης σε σύνθετες επισκευές και αναβαθμίσεις.
Συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο βάρδιας για την αντιμετώπιση λειτουργικών ζητημάτων κατά τη διάρκεια της παραγωγής.
Συνεχής παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης του εξοπλισμού και έγκαιρος εντοπισμός αποκλίσεων.
Συμμετοχή σε συσκέψεις SIC με αναφορά κατάστασης εξοπλισμού και προτεραιοτήτων.
Τήρηση και ενημέρωση αρχείων συντήρησης στο CMMS.
Αναφορά επαναλαμβανόμενων προβλημάτων και τεχνικών βελτιώσεων.
Αυστηρή εφαρμογή διαδικασιών ασφάλειας, χρήσης ΜΑΠ και προτύπων υγιεινής.
Συμμετοχή σε δράσεις συνεχούς βελτίωσης και τεχνικής εκπαίδευσης.
Απαιτήσεις
Τεχνική εκπαίδευση (Μηχανολογίας, Ηλεκτρολογίας ή συναφούς ειδικότητας).
Γνώση μηχανολογικών και ηλεκτρικών συστημάτων, με ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και ερμηνείας τεχνικών εγχειριδίων και σχεδίων.
Βασική επάρκεια στη χρήση λογισμικού συντήρησης, λογισμικού OEE και εφαρμογών Microsoft 365 Office.
Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας ως τεχνικός συντήρησης σε περιβάλλον παραγωγής, κατά προτίμηση στη βιομηχανία τροφίμων και ποτών ή FMCG.
Εμπειρία με προγράμματα προληπτικής συντήρησης και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων εξοπλισμού.

Epirotic Bottling Industry S.A. is one of the most renowned companies in the bottled water market, and a Greek family-owned company established in 1990. The company commenced its business in 1992 by bottling Vikos natural mineral water from the homonymous spring, distributing it to the Greek and international markets. The company operates four state-of-the-art factories with vertically integrated manufacturing processes. Three factories bottle water and produce refreshments, while the fourth, PETCOM Plastics, manufactures PET preforms and closures for the packaging of water, refreshments, and milk.
Across its 87.800m2 facilities within a 260-acre area, the company utilizes 7 water springs, operates 33 production lines, and reaches a production capacity of 537.700 bottles/hour. In 2014, after two years of intensive R&D, the company entered the refreshments market with 8 different flavors, creating a new product category: Vikos natural mineral refreshments.
The line was further expanded in 2017 with 3 low glycemic index flavors sweetened from the stevia plant, and is since including Vikos Cola Stevia, Vikos Orangeade Stevia and Vikos Lemonade Stevia. In 2021, Vikos Cola Zero Sugar was launched, a Cola Zero produced with natural mineral water and a unique recipe. In 2022, the new Vikos Pink Grapefruit Soda enriched the mixers range.
All Vikos refreshments are produced with natural mineral water from the spring of Zagorochoria and use juice from Greek fruits. In the same year 2022 the company completed a €22mil. investment in the new factory in Kalpaki, Ioannina, entering the HO.RE.CA market with new glass and aluminum packaging for the Vikos natural mineral refreshments.
Continuing its investment in innovation and sustainable growth, in 2024 the company launched an ambitious €62.8 million investment plan under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, with funding from the European Union-NextGenerationEU.
