What you'll do
- Investigate product quality issues using problem-solving tools like 8D report, 5Whys, and Fishbone
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions from quality issues
- Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements in collaboration with Production and Technical teams
- Implement processes for risk identification and mitigation to minimize or eliminate risks
- Collect and statistically analyze quality data to identify improvement areas
- Prepare and present Quality Assurance reports with KPIs and metrics
- Prepare and support client and third-party quality audits
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Quality Assurance principles and quality management systems
- Problem-solving tools such as 8D report, 5Whys, and Fishbone
- Data analysis and statistical analysis
- Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Teamwork, communication skills, organizational skills, and English language proficiency
- Corrective and preventive action coordination
- Manufacturing process improvement
- Client and third-party quality audits support
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
