What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and supervise the daily activities of the production team
- Ensure manufacturing of components follows engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules
- Monitor departmental productivity and identify delays, deviations, or technical issues
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless production operations
- Manage materials, consumables, tools, and workforce allocation to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote safety culture
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
- Support training, development, and performance evaluation of operators and technicians
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
- Maintain accurate production records, KPIs, labor hours, and quality control documentation
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Leading and supervising production teams
- Ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Manufacturing/Industrial production experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and compliance
- Collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D teams
- Managing materials, consumables, tools, and workforce allocation
- Monitoring equipment performance and coordinating maintenance
- Maintaining production records, KPIs, labor hours, quality control documentation
- Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software
- Good command of English, especially technical terminology

You are responsible for
Lead, coach, and supervise the daily activities of the production team, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
Ensure the manufacturing of components is carried out in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules
Monitor departmental productivity and proactively identify delays, deviations, or technical issues
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless production operations
Manage materials, consumables, tools, and workforce allocation to achieve daily and weekly production targets
Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across the department
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding repair and preventive maintenance requirements
Support the training, development, and performance evaluation of machine operators and technicians
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and operational performance
Maintain accurate production records, KPIs, labor hours, and quality control documentation
Your Education & Qualifications are
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, Automation, or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, including experience leading or supervising production teams
Ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software will be considered an asset
Good command of the English language, particularly technical terminology, will be considered an advantage
