What you'll do

- Participate in shift handovers, team briefings, and performance discussions

Key Responsibilities
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of the production area, while leading and supporting the production team to meet performance targets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Planning, coordinating and supervising daily production activities in line with the production schedule and business priorities
Ensuring production targets are achieved in line with quality, cost and delivery requirements
Leading, motivating and developing production operators to maintain a high-performing and engaged team
Monitoring production processes and equipment performance to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental and company standards across the production area
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring the correct use of procedures, tools and personal protective equipment
Coordinating closely with maintenance, quality, warehouse and other relevant departments to support uninterrupted production flow
Identifying process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions where needed
Monitoring product quality and ensuring production output meets required specifications and company standards
Preparing and reviewing production reports, including output, waste, downtime and performance indicators
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and operational performance
Participating in shift handovers, team briefings and performance discussions to ensure effective communication across teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, coach and develop teams
Good communication and decision-making skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach
Solid understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment and operational workflows
Ability to analyse issues, solve problems effectively and implement practical improvements
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards within an industrial environment
Proficiency in using production-related systems and standard reporting tools
Degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, would be considered an advantage
SAP System Knowledge would be considered an advantage
Fluency in Greek and English would be considered an advantage, depending on local business needs
