regional reservations manager

H Hotels Collection is seeking an experienced Regional Reservation Manager to oversee reservations operations across all H Hotel Collection properties in Rhodes. You will lead a team of agents, ensure the smooth handling of bookings from multiple channels, monitor occupancies, manage cancellations, and issue stop sales or extra allotments when needed. Working closely with sales and auditing teams, this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and proven multi-property reservation management experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the reservations function across, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with company policies, accurate booking management, and maximizing occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent guest service.

• Oversee the entire reservations process and ensure compliance with policies.

•  Manage daily reservations, cancellations, no-shows, and occupancy control.

• Liaise with tour operators, partners, and internal departments to optimize contracts and revenue.

• Responsible for the development of Reservations Department.

• Ensure accurate data entry and handling of reservations.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Hospitality Management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.

• Proficient knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Opera Cloud, Protel) and Microsoft Office.

• Strong customer focus with experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Organizational skills, result-oriented approach.

• Advanced Spoken & Written English and German, additional languages are a plus.
