What you'll do
- Supervise, guide, and organize the accounting team
- Monitor and control production costing, raw materials, and inventory
- Prepare financial reports and support management with financial data and performance indicators
- Review and approve accounting entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit tax declarations and other company obligations
- Oversee payroll and related labor obligations
- Collaborate with statutory auditors, tax authorities, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and labor legislation
- Work closely with management to support business decisions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Class A Accountant License
- Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (ELP) and tax and labor legislation
- Experience in production costing and inventory systems in an industrial environment
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (Entersoft or equivalent)
- Education in Accounting or Economics
- Leadership skills, organizational skills, analytical thinking, responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Accounting / Economicspreferred
