The role in more details:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract high-quality technical candidates.
- Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and other sourcing methods to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche job boards to engage with passive candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, key qualifications, and interview plan.
- Create and manage implementation of presentations and employer branding material.
- Contributing on other projects relating to employer branding and candidate experience.
- Being an ambassador of our firm’s culture and values.
The key requirements of this role are:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of software development roles, programming languages, and technical skillsets.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and/or business studies.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration and rapport - building skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions.
- An extremely high work ethic.
- Motivation for career progression and development.
- Military Obligations completed, if applicable.
