Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Greek tax legislation and practical applications
- Experience in tax advisory, tax due diligence, and tax certification processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Research on tax laws and tax documentation and reporting
- Communication skills in Greek and English
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred

About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated Tax Associate/Senior Advisor to join our Tax & Outsourcing team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality tax advice across a range of clients and industries. You’ll be involved in multiple tax projects, including tax advisory for deals, tax due diligence, tax planning and restructuring, while also gaining hands-on exposure to transactions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Participating in tax advisory projects for both corporate clients and individuals
Supporting tax for deals and due diligence engagements
Conducting research and analysis on Greek tax laws and international tax developments
Preparing tax documentation, reports, and memos in our Thessaloniki Offices
Collaborating with senior advisors and partners to provide strategic advice to clients
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of learning and growth
The key requirements of this role are:
2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a tax role within an audit or consulting firm
Experience with tax certification processes and/or tax due diligence projects will be considered a strong asset
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Greek tax legislation and its practical application
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate in Greek and English
