About the job
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for finance, consulting, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business leaders, engaging high-caliber financial professionals, and strengthening employer branding within a fast-paced, professional services environment.
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while acting as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance-related and consulting positions, from role briefing to offer stage
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand technical requirements, market trends, and talent needs within finance and advisory functions
Proactively source and engage finance professionals (e.g. accounting, audit, advisory, banking, risk, corporate finance) using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and market mapping techniques
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, providing guidance, transparency, and timely communication throughout the process
Maintain and utilize applicant-tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data, compliance, and reporting
Participate in career fairs and employer branding initiatives, representing the firm as an employer of choice
Prepare and analyze recruitment and employer branding reports, including pipeline metrics, hiring trends, and sourcing effectiveness
Create and manage presentations, recruitment materials, and employer branding content
Act as an ambassador of the firm’s culture and values, promoting professionalism, integrity, and excellence
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within corporate recruiting, professional services, or a consulting/finance environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other candidate sourcing tools
Working knowledge of applicant-tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management will be considered a strong asset
Fluency in English and Greek (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple finance roles simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence interacting with finance professionals and senior leaders
Military obligations completed, where applicable
