About the job
The role in more details:
- Participating in a broad range of business consulting projects in the financial sector, mainly focusing on digital banking
- Responsible for generating, collecting, structuring, and documenting functional requirements for digital products and services.
- Specifically, reviewing business documentation like policies, processes, regulations, processes, and procedures, and translating them into functional system and application requirements.
- Working collaboratively with qualified and highly motivated professionals in team settings.
- Interacting on a frequent basis with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Working collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain highest standards of business ethics throughout all activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of work.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Business analysis background, and specifically proficiency in reviewing business documentation and translating them into functional system and application requirements.
- Experience in designing process maps and business flows
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, mobile applications, and web services.
- Team spirit; experience working in cross-functional teams or with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Effective time management skills
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Military Obligations completed (for male applicants)
