Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

System Design and Documentation:

• Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create comprehensive documentation including system design, data models, and process flows to guide development teams.

Technology Solutions Evaluation:

• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and impact assessments for proposed IT solutions.

Project Management:

• Facilitate the end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks associated with IT projects and propose effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to banking IT systems.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans to validate that IT solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to resolve any issues identified during testing.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and milestones.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management.

The key requirements of this role are:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
• 4-5 years’ experience in technology business analysis. Experience in banking operations and financial services will be consider as an asset.
• Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
