As a Senior AI Model Engineer, you will focus on the development and optimization of advanced AI models. Your focus will be on building robust, efficient, and scalable models tailored to address specific business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into production environments, helping drive digital transformation for our clients.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Design and implement AI models tailored to specific use cases.
• Perform advanced data analysis to inform model development.
• Continuously optimize and maintain existing AI models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Evaluate model performance and troubleshoot any issues.
• Document workflows and best practices for model engineering.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI models, with a proven track record in delivering impactful solutions.
• Expertise in NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks like Microsoft AI Frameworks.
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed

Desired Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
•  TensorFlow Developer Certificate
• Certified Machine Learning Specialist (CMLS)
• AWS Certified: Machine Learning – Specialty
