The role in detail 

We are seeking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI systems to deliver state-of-the-art AI systems, driving value through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. This role will require you to combine your technical expertise with strategic thinking to solve complex business challenges using AI technologies.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for efficient model lifecycle management
• Lead AI-based projects from ideation to implementation
• Optimize and fine-tune AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI research and technology
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in AI/ML best practices

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Microsoft AI tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed

Desired Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• TensorFlow Developer Certificate
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP)
