The role in more detail: 

As a Quantitative Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening our risk management framework. You’ll review credit files, assess creditworthiness, and perform collateral valuations that drive sound decision-making. You’ll design and validate provisioning models, support the implementation of IFRS 9, and leverage your data management and programming skills to deliver meaningful insights through statistical sampling and analysis. In addition, you’ll review Fair Value exposures and ensure alignment with EU prudential regulation (CRR, CRD IV, EBA Guidelines), contributing to a culture of transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The key requirements of this role are:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics or relevant field

  • A Master’s degree in Finance/ Accounting will be considered as an asset

  • Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills

  • The ability to work in a team and to tight deadlines and the flexibility in approach

  • The ability to communicate in English and Greek and to be an experienced user of MS Office
