About the job

As a Project Manager, you will be part of IT Governance and play a key role in the planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of the Bank’s projects and strategic initiatives. You will ensure effective project delivery while supporting portfolio oversight activities, enabling informed decision-making, resource optimization, and alignment with business priorities.

What you will be doing

  • Implement and apply the approved methodology for planning, monitoring, and managing Bank-wide business projects.

  • Collaborate with Project Teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, required actions, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure successful execution of multiple projects.

  • Monitor project progress, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation of issues and corrective actions where required.

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, reports, and management information, providing regular updates to stakeholders and governance forums.

  • Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities by contributing insights on project status, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and business value.

  • Monitor project interdependencies and resource capacity, identifying constraints, optimization opportunities, and potential impacts across initiatives.

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and contribute to portfolio reporting and performance analysis.

  • Apply project management best practices, standards, and governance processes throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, reporting, and governance practices.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.

  • At least four (4) years of experience in Project Management and/or PMO environments, with exposure to project governance, reporting, planning, and delivery activities.

  • Good understanding of project management, project governance, portfolio monitoring, resource planning, and dependency management.

  • Experience in project and portfolio reporting, performance monitoring, data analysis, dashboard preparation, and stakeholder updates.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), while knowledge of ITIL will be considered an asset.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications will be considered an asset.
