What you'll do
- Support delivery of pay transparency and pay equity projects for clients
- Conduct compensation and payroll data analyses to identify pay gaps and support compliance
- Develop pay transparency methodologies, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Reward teams to align compensation practices with legislation
- Support design of salary structures, job architecture, grading frameworks, and remuneration policies
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data insights
- Monitor developments in the EU Pay Transparency Directive and local legislation
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and business development initiatives
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Payroll and Compensation & Benefits knowledge
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- HR Data Analysis and Payroll Processes understanding
- Pay Transparency Methodologies and EU Pay Transparency Directive Knowledge
- Compensation Practices and Governance Frameworks expertise
- Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, and Stakeholder Management
- Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Finance / Economicspreferred
