The role in more details:

  • To build a strong communication strategy and ensure that it is reviewed, aligned and endorsed by all internal stakeholders in order to enhance and protect business and reputation

  • Support Brand Managers (BM) during Congress process

  • Risk Management Plan support to BMs

  • Management of Hardcopies Promo Materials with warehouse

  • Support Brand Managers (BM) through Shopping Card (offers/Vendors etc.)

  • Management of Printed Materials with vendors

  • Supports and assists the team, takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of absence of the line manager/team members

  • Interaction with local matrix teams & functions

  • Work processes in own area of responsibility: Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes

  • Acts as a team a team member for projects & manages the administrative part of special tasks

To be successful at this role you need the following :

  • University degree in Business Discipline or Science

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent command of Greek & English language

  • Customer centric mentality

  • Problem Solving skills

  • Advanced communication skills

  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail

  • SAP capabilities

  • Advanced MS office abilities
