About the job
As a Marketing Data & Reporting Associate, you will support data-driven decision-making by designing and optimizing dashboards, reports, and analytical models. You will manage and analyze large datasets, ensure data accuracy across marketing platforms, and provide insights that guide business development and client initiatives.
Working closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior management. Your responsibilities will also include CRM system administration, advanced Excel modeling, and the preparation of ad-hoc analyses.
This role is ideal for a junior professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in Excel, CRM tools, and data visualization. You will play a key part in fostering a culture of data-driven practices within the Marketing & Client Experience team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Design, maintain, and optimize marketing reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Support CRM system administration (data accuracy, segmentation, reporting).
Develop advanced Excel models to monitor key business development initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing team members to transform data into actionable insights.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for senior management and business development teams.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across all marketing platforms.
Contribute to the adoption of data-driven practices within the Marketing & Client Experience team.
The key requirements of this role are:
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data cleaning, etc.).
Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics and/or HubSpot).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business insights.
Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both marketing and cross-functional teams.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
