Our Deals Services team is a leading provider of Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, and Capital Raising services in Greece. We support high-profile transactions across a wide range of industries, delivering strategic advice and hands-on execution at every stage of the deal process. Our experienced professionals work with a diverse client base — including large Greek and multinational corporations, SMEs, private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors — helping them unlock value and achieve their strategic objectives.

The role in more detail:

Deals – Business Plans Manager

As a Deals – Business Plans Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects and deliver comprehensive financial advisory services to a diverse client portfolio. Collaborating with a team of talented professionals, you will provide strategic insights and drive value creation across multiple industries. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with 5–10 years of relevant experience to further develop their leadership and technical expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment.

As part of the Deals – Business Plans team, your role will involve taking full ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. You will also play a key role in developing and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the design, development, and review of complex 3-statement financial models to forecast performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess funding requirements.

  • Formulating and presenting strategic recommendations on potential funding structures and financing strategies, including Recovery & Resilience Fund (RRF) subsidized loans and other investment mechanisms.

  • Managing and coordinating comprehensive industry and market analyses, ensuring insights are effectively translated into actionable client deliverables.

  • Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and clarity of all reports, presentations, and deliverables, maintaining high professional standards.

  • Supervising and coaching junior and senior team members, providing structured feedback and supporting their professional growth.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and representing the firm in meetings and discussions.

  • Contributing to business development efforts, including proposal preparation, client pitches, and identifying new engagement opportunities.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (ACCA, CFA, ACA) will be considered a strong asset

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, transaction services, or a related field

  • Strong expertise in building and reviewing complex financial models, including cash flow forecasting, business planning, and scenario analysis

  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and leading teams, with the ability to guide multiple engagements simultaneously

  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the capacity to present complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders

  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations

  • Proactive and results-driven approach, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) will be considered an advantage

  • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
