About the job
The role involves supporting the coordination and management of internal digital transformation projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. The successful candidate will contribute to project planning and development, perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and documenting minutes, and support software application processes including testing, documentation, user training, and helpdesk functions. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with vendors and partners to prepare bid proposals (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and monitor project delivery, while executing other duties as assigned by the Project Manager in a structured and efficient manner.
Must Have:
Education: A BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years of working experience in IT project management
Technical Skills: Exposure in medium/large – scale enterprise application and data management projects
Strong Project Management skills
Good to have:
Experience in MS Dynamics 365 Applications (CRM, and/or Power Apps, and/or Power BI), or other CRM/ERP solutions
