We’re looking for someone with 2+ Years of Graphic Design Experience who’s ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here’s a snapshot of the skills we’d love to see:

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
• 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, either in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Expertise in graphic design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs and ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing requirements.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic experience in photography and video recording, including an understanding of aesthetic principles, setup, and composition.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, etc will be considered an asset.. 

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, embrace feedback, and continuously learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
• Team spirit - positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging designs for both digital and printed media.
• Create visually appealing static designs, including banners, brochures, social media content, and more.
• Support video production, contributing to dynamic multimedia projects.
• Brainstorm and bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance visual identity.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while ensuring brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to produce innovative and impactful materials.
