What you'll do
- Participate in regulatory consulting and advisory projects across financial services
- Conduct regulatory gap assessments, compliance risk assessments, readiness reviews and compliance health checks
- Monitor European and international regulatory developments and assess their impact on clients’ activities
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical recommendations and support client implementation
- Develop and review compliance policies, procedures, internal controls and operational manuals
- Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders
- Build client relationships and collaborate across service lines on tailored advisory solutions
- Support business development through regulatory research, proposals and thought leadership content
- Manage multiple assignments, ensuring quality, timely completion and professional standards
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Regulatory compliance and banking compliance
- AML/KYC, MiFID II, Market Abuse, PSD2/PSD3 and DORA
- European regulatory frameworks and regulatory interpretation
- Regulatory gap assessments and compliance risk assessments
- Compliance policies and procedures
- MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Risk Managementpreferred
