What you'll do
- Coordinate and support the delivery of transformation, governance, digitalization and risk-related projects
- Manage requirements and engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Analyze, map and document business processes
- Prepare reports, management-ready deliverables and governance materials
- Structure information and contribute to data-driven analyses and decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and multidisciplinary project teams
- Collaborate with clients and professionals across different domains
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Automotive regulations, standards and compliance
- Software quality assurance, software testing and Software Development Lifecycle
- Jira administration and Confluence administration
- PMO and project coordination, including deliverable, timeline, risk and dependency tracking
- Process analysis, mapping and documentation; technical documentation
- Data management and governance, requirements management and stakeholder management
- Business-fluent German and English
- Automotive Engineering / Computer Science / Business Information Systemspreferred
