What you'll do

Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Experience with audit engagements, risk assessments, substantive testing, and internal control evaluations
- Knowledge of Greek GAAP and IFRS for financial statements drafting and review
- Client liaison and communication skills in Greek and English
- Audit planning, audit reporting, and compliance with auditing standards
- Mentoring junior auditors
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital transformation in audit
- Accounting / Business Administration / Economicspreferred

About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated Experienced Auditor to join our Audit team in Ioannina. In this role, you’ll work closely with dynamic professionals and clients from diverse industries. You’ll be involved in audit engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and value delivery through high-quality auditing services.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Executing audit engagements across a broad range of industries and business types
Performing risk assessments, substantive testing, and internal control evaluations
Drafting and reviewing financial statements in compliance with Greek GAAP and IFRS
Liaising directly with clients to ensure transparency, efficiency, and excellent service
Guiding junior team members through on-the-job coaching and mentoring
Contributing to audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases
Participating in the continuous improvement and digital transformation of audit processes
Ensuring compliance with relevant auditing and ethical standards
Interacting on a frequent basis with customers
Delivering excellent client service
The key requirements of this role are:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics or relevant field
2+ years of experience in Audit
Ongoing or fulfilled professional audit qualification (ACA/ACCA)
MSc in relevant field will be considered as an asset
Ability to work in a team and to tight deadlines
Ability to communicate in Greek & English and experience in using MS Office
Fulfilled obligations imposed by legislation on military service
