experienced external auditor - ioannina

We are seeking an Experienced Auditor to join our Audit team in Ioannina. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team, working with leading organizations across multiple industries. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to audit engagements that ensure compliance, accuracy, and business insight while delivering real value to our clients.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Carrying out audit assignments for businesses across different sectors and sizes

• Assessing risks, testing controls, and evaluating financial data for accuracy and integrity

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS

• Building direct relationships with clients, promoting transparency and trust

• Supporting and coaching junior team members to develop their skills

• Participating in audit planning, execution, and reporting activities

• Enhancing audit practices by engaging in process improvement and digital solutions

• Upholding auditing standards and professional ethics in all engagements

• Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery

The key requirements of this role are:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics or relevant field

• At least 3-4 years of proven audit experience

• Ongoing or fulfilled professional audit qualification (ACA/ACCA)

• A postgraduate degree in a relevant field will be considered a strong plus

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet demanding deadlines

• Ability to communicate fluently in Greek and English and experience in using MS Office

• Completed military obligations (where applicable)
