Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ an Event Coordinator for a corporate client.

The role in more details:

• Responsible for organizing events, conferences and seminars
• Assist with the preparation of internal processes in order to support event hosts
• Support with all the preparation procedures and ensure successful workflow of the events/conferences
• Trouble-shooting

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• University degree in Business Administration/ Economics or relevant field
• 2 years’ experience in organizing events, conferences and seminars
• Experience in pharmaceutical field or in event agencies would be considered an asset
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS office and especially Excel
• Committed to excellence
