About the job
The role in more details:
- Coordinates the Hire, Terminations, and Job change procedures and legal documentation (ERGANI) in liaison with clients
- Prepares reports and other deliverables according to functional needs
- Updates and monitors databases on employee leaves, shifts, overtime, headcount, and work schedules
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- flexible, multitasker, detail-oriented and positive professional
- 1-3 year experience in a similar position
- Α Bachelor’s Degree in business studies
- Αdvanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent English & Greek writing and oral skills
- Someone with excellent organizational skills and team working skills
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Military Obligations completed, if applicable
