The role in more details:
Participate in a wide spectrum of Corporate/ M&A transactions involving national and multinational corporate clients and private equity funds.
Work with international legal teams and gain valuable international market exposure.
Active contribution as a member of project teams, working under tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Greek lawyer qualification
3-5 years of experience in corporate and M&A field.
An LLM in fields related to Commercial, Corporate and M&A or Civil law will be considered an asset.
Advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lead, train and develop junior associates.
Continuous learning and development mindset.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Fluent written and spoken Greek & English
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards
A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
An extremely high work ethic

Ability to gather and correlate correct data
