The role in more details:

• Helps clients shape a “fit for purpose” future state by designing target operating models and transformation programs tailored to client needs, and in line with best practices
• Reviews client operating models including organizational set-up, business processes, IT/Digital infrastructure and the overall customer value proposition
• Conducts customer and industry research, leveraging internal and external sources, to identify trends and transformation priorities, relevant to each particular sector
• Utilizes various data sources and methods to analyze clients’ current business practices to diagnose issues, analyze root causes and develop pragmatic solutions and recommendations for improvement
• Participates in client meetings and workshops to understand current practices, identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Exhibit strong project management skills, including the development and implementation on project plans, communication plans, project progress and KPIs monitoring, the management of cross functional teams, and the identification & management of project dependencies and critical path tasks
• Contributes to the preparation of proposals and assume ownership of project deliverables and presentations that are clear and impactful, translating Grant Thornton advisory services into meaningful valued propositions for clients
• Develops and nurture working relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 3 – 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering
• Project management experience in large scale projects/programs
• Strong quantitative, analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to provide business insights.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. Knowledge of MS Visio will be considered an asset
• PMP Certification will be considered an asset
• Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills, ability to build partnerships
• Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Dedication to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments
• Organizational and time management skills, analytical thinking, collaboration and problem solving skills
• A passion and motivation to provide high quality advisory services to our clients
• Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Fulfilled military obligation (if applicable)
